Transnetyx Appoints Los Angeles Regional Account Specialist
MEMPHIS, Tenn. – November 2011 – Transnetyx, a genetic diagnostics company, today announced the addition of Chanin Victor as Regional Account Specialist.
In her new role, Chanin is responsible for developing and servicing new and existing accounts in and around Los Angeles, Calif., as well as implementing new sales strategies and cultivating relationships with universities and private, not-for-profit research organizations. She will report to Transnetyx North American Sales Manager, Ryan Yanase and Transnetyx President, Bob Bean.
“With extensive industry knowledge and demonstrated sales experience, Chanin will undoubtedly serve as an asset to both our team and customers,” said Bean. “Her expertise in strategy development and implementation, sales data analysis and client relationship management has given her the ability to produce exceptional results.”
Chanin gained experience working as a professional sales representative for one of the world’s largest, research-based pharmaceutical companies, where she was consistently recognized for her sales-based accomplishments. In this role, she worked in association with managed care restrictions and patient sample compliance, while effectively managing budgets. Additionally, she coordinated and managed co-promotional efforts including speaker programs, lunch and learns, educational in-services and conventions.
Chanin earned her bachelor’s degree in art history from the University of California, Los Angeles. In her spare time, she serves as a volunteer for the Starlight Children’s Foundation, Children of the World and People to People International.
